Sharing Websites & Funnels

Sharing funnels and websites allows you to reuse, collaborate on, or monetize complete structures using a single link.

Both funnels and full websites can be shared as templates and imported into another Recrevio project—without manual exports, file downloads, or complex setup.

The sharing experience is intentionally very similar for both, making it easy to scale, collaborate, and deliver content efficiently.

Where to Share Funnels and Websites

All sharing is handled from My Websites & Funnels.

How to access sharing

  1. Open any project

    Click My Websites & Funnels in the top-left toolbar

    Use the top tabs to switch between:

    • Funnels
    • Websites
  2. Locate the funnel or website you want to share
  3. Click the gear icon
  4. Select Share

💡 Hint

The sharing flow and dialog are nearly identical for funnels and websites. The main difference is what content is included in the shared template.

How Sharing Works (Applies to Both Funnels and Websites)

When you share a funnel or website, a unique share link is generated.

  • Anyone with the link can create a full copy
  • The copy is imported into their own Recrevio project

What happens for the recipient

  • If they already have a Recrevio account:
    • They log in

    • Choose which project the funnel or website should be added to

      If they don’t have an account yet:

    • They are prompted to register
    • After registration, they can import the template into a project

Important rules for all shared templates

  • The imported funnel or website is:
    • Fully editable
    • Independent from the original
    • Not connected or synced in any way
  • Changes made by the recipient do not affect the original
  • The template is ready to use immediately after import

This makes sharing ideal for both collaboration and commercial distribution.

Sharing with an Affiliate Link

In addition to the standard share link, you can choose to share using an affiliate link.

This option is available directly in the Share dialog.

How affiliate sharing works

  • You select an affiliate path from the dropdown
  • An affiliate share link is generated
  • Anyone who signs up or becomes a customer through that link is attributed to you

  • No extra setup for the recipient

What’s Included When Sharing a Funnel vs a Website

The sharing process is the same—but the scope of what’s included differs.

When Sharing a Funnel

The recipient receives:

  • All funnel steps (pages)
  • Funnel-specific structure and logic
  • Funnel design and layout
  • Funnel settings and configuration

The imported funnel is added to the recipient’s project and can be used immediately as a standalone funnel or moved into a website in that project.

When Sharing a Website

The recipient receives a complete website template, including:

  • All pages
  • All popups
  • All page groups
  • Global styles

  • Header and footer

    Navigation structure

    Integrated features (if present):

    • Store
    • Blog
    • Portfolio
    • Circles

Important website rules:

  • The website is added as a new website
  • It always lives on its own domain
  • It is fully editable and independent from the original
