Circle Member Profile
The Member Profile gives you a complete, centralized view of an individual member’s activity, engagement, and relationship with your Circles.
It is your primary tool for understanding how a member interacts with your content, tracking progress, managing access, and taking action when needed.
From the member profile, you can:
- View engagement and completion progress
- See Circle participation and access
- Manage roles and permissions
- Communicate directly with the member
- Take administrative actions at both account and Circle level
Whether you’re supporting a single member, moderating a community, or analyzing engagement at scale, the Member Profile helps you make informed decisions and deliver a better experience.
How to Access a Member Profile
You can open a member’s profile from multiple places in Recrevio, depending on your workflow.
- From the All Circles view
- From Circle Members view
- From inside the Circle editor view
From the All Circles view
- Navigate to Circles > All Circles
- Click the Analytics icon for a Circle
- Switch to the Members tab
- Click on a member in the list to open their Member Profile
This is ideal when reviewing engagement, completion rates, or member activity within a specific Circle.
From Circle Members view
- Navigate to Circles > Circle Members
- Click on a member to open their Member Profile
This approach is useful when managing members directly from within a Circle.
From inside the Circle Editor view
- Open a Circle
- Click the Analytics icon in the top circle control bar
- Switch to the Members tab
- Click on a member to view their Member Profile
This is a fast way to move from content or structure work directly into member insights and management.
Circle Member Profile Overview
From any of these entry points, you’ll land on the same Member Profile view, giving you full access to member data, engagement insights, and administrative tools.


This profile gives you a complete, centralized view of the member’s identity, activity, progress, and relationship with your Circles, content, and offers.
The member profile is designed to help you both understand engagement and take action – from communication to access management – and can be broken down to these 5 sections:
- Member Profile & Quick Actions
- Member Navigation tabs
- Member overview
- Member Assignment & Access Management
- Member Content progress
Together, these sections give you a full picture of each member — who they are, how they engage, what they’ve completed, and how they’re connected to your Circles and offers. As you go through each section below, you’ll learn how to use the Member Profile to monitor progress, manage access, communicate effectively, and support members throughout their journey.
1. Member Profile & Quick Actions
At the top of the profile, you’ll find the member’s core identity and fast actions.
What you see:
- Profile avatar & initials
- Name and email address
- Account status indicator
- Last login information
- View Full Profile button (opens the full CRM-style profile)
Quick action buttons:
- Email – Send a direct email to the member
- Message – Start a direct message conversation
- Note – Add internal notes about the member
More – From the More menu (three dots) in a member’s profile, you gain access to advanced administrative actions related to the member’s account and behavior across Circles. These actions allow you to manage access, roles, communication preferences, and security.
Available actions include:
Reset Member Password
Forces a password reset for the member.
Useful if the member has trouble logging in or if you want to improve account security.
Assign Circles Role
Assign or change the member’s role within Circles, such as:
- Member
- Moderator
- Admin
Mute
Temporarily prevents the member from posting or interacting in discussions.
Useful for moderating behavior without fully removing access.
Delete
Permanently deletes the member’s account.
⚠️ This action is irreversible and should be used with caution.
Subscribe
Subscribe the member to email or marketing communications, depending on your setup.
Useful for onboarding, updates, or re-engagement.
These tools give you fine-grained control over member accounts, helping you maintain a safe, structured, and well-managed community.

2. Member Navigation Tabs
Below the header, the profile is divided into tabs that organize the member’s data by function:
- Activity – Timeline of interactions and engagement
- Circles – All circles the member is enrolled in (this view is active by default)
- Notes – Internal notes and comments
- Forms – Submitted forms and inputs
- Orders – One-time purchases
- Subscriptions – Active and past subscriptions
- Marketing – Tags, lists, and marketing-related data
- Appointments – Booked sessions or meetings
Each tab focuses on a specific aspect of the member’s relationship with your platform.
3. Member Overview
The Circles tab shows how the member interacts with your Circles, both at a high level and in detail. This view is active by default when accessing the member profile.
Analytics summary (top section):
- Circles – Number of circles the member is enrolled in
- Join date – When the member joined
- Circle payments – Number of payments related to circles
- Circle revenue – Total revenue generated by this member
- Content completed – Progress summary (e.g.
0/4)
You can also filter this view by All Circles or a specific circle using the dropdown.
This section gives you an instant snapshot of:
- Engagement level
- Monetization
- Progress and commitment
4. Member Assignment & Access Management
Below the analytics summary, you can manage the member’s access to Circles.
Available actions:
- Assign Circles – Manually add the member to additional circles
- View assigned circles – See all circles the member currently belongs to
- More (three dots) – Within a member’s profile, each Circle the member belongs to has its own three-dot menu, allowing you to manage the member’s relationship with that specific Circle. Available Circle-level actions include:
Unenroll – Removes the member from the selected Circle while keeping their account intact.
Useful for:
- Ending access after a program
- Manual cleanup
- Adjusting access levels
Ban – Completely blocks the member from the Circle.
The member will no longer be able to access content or participate.
- Mute – Prevents the member from posting or interacting in that specific Circle only.
- Assign Community Role – Assigns a role specific to that Circle’s community, such as:
- Member
- Moderator
- Admin
These Circle-level controls make it easy to manage members in complex setups where users may belong to multiple Circles with different roles, permissions, and purposes.
5. Member Content Progress
The content progress areas offers two tabs to follow your members' progress
- Tracked content view
- Paid content view
Tracked Content View
The Tracked Content view shows detailed learning progress for structured content such as courses or programs inside a Circle.
What you see:
- Circle name
- Overall progress (e.g.
0/4) - Status (Completed / Not Completed)
- Enrollment date
- Completion date (if applicable)
Expandable structure:
- Modules
- Individual lessons/pages
- Completion status per item
This allows you to:
- See exactly where a member is stuck
- Identify drop-off points
- Provide targeted support or encouragement
- Validate progress for certifications or milestones
Paid Content View
By switching to Paid Content, you can review the member’s interaction with monetized content.
Includes:
- Paid items associated with the circle
- Purchase status
- Relationship between access and payment
This helps you understand:
- What the member has paid for
- What premium content they may not have accessed yet
- Opportunities for upsells or follow-ups
