Circles Dashboard
The Circle Overview gives you a high-level, aggregated view of performance across all your Circles. It’s designed to help you quickly understand growth, engagement, and revenue trends without needing to dive into individual Circles.
This view is especially useful for:
- Monitoring overall Circle performance
- Spotting trends in member growth and revenue
- Identifying engagement patterns across content
- Getting a fast health check of your Circle ecosystem
💡 Important Note on Member-Level Data
The data and analytics shown in the Circles Dashboard provide a general, aggregated view covering all members.
If you need granular, member-specific insights such as individual progress, access, or behavior– you can view this information inside the Circle Member Profile.
How to Access the Circle Dashboard
Navigate to Circles > Circles Overview

How to Filter and Scope Your Analytics Data
At the top of the page, you can control the scope of the data using two filters:
- Time range filter
- Circle filter
These filters apply to all data shown in the Circles Dashboard, affecting both the Overview and Content tabs.
Time range filter
All analytics data can be filtered using the time selector at the top of the page.
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- This month
- All time
Custom (define your own date range)
Changing the time range updates all metrics and charts instantly, making it easy to compare short-term performance with long-term trends.
Circle filter
The Circle filter allows you to switch between viewing analytics for all Circles combined or focusing on one specific Circle at a time.
By default, the overview is set to All Circles, giving you a consolidated, high-level view of performance across your entire Circle setup. This is ideal for monitoring overall growth, engagement, and revenue trends.
When you select a specific Circle, the analytics update instantly to show data only for that Circle, making it easy to analyze performance, content engagement, and monetization at a more granular level without leaving the overview.
Overview vs Content Tabs
The Circle Overview is divided into two main tabs:
- Overview – Focused on members, revenue, and subscriptions
- Content – Focused on learning progress and paid content performance
You can switch between these tabs at the top of the page.
Overview Tab (Analytics)
The Overview tab provides a consolidated analytics dashboard covering all selected Circles.

Key Metrics Overview
At the top of the Overview tab, you’ll see a summary of core performance metrics:
New Enrolled Members
Shows how many new members joined during the selected time period.
New Orders
Displays the total number of new purchases related to Circles.
Revenue
The total revenue generated during the selected period.
ARPU (Average Revenue Per User)
Calculates the average revenue generated per member.
Paying Members
Indicates how many members currently have an active paid relationship.
Completion Rate
Shows how much of the tracked content members have completed, giving insight into overall engagement and progress.
Members and Revenue Chart
Below the summary metrics, the Members and Revenue chart visualizes trends over time.
This chart helps you quickly identify:
- Growth or decline in member activity
- Revenue changes across specific dates
- Overall performance patterns
- Seasonal or campaign-driven spikes
Subscription Metrics (for Membership-Based Circles)
If your Circles are connected to subscriptions, additional metrics appear below the chart:
New Subscribers
Number of new subscription sign-ups during the selected period.
Cancellations (Churn)
Shows how many subscriptions were canceled.
Total MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
Displays total recurring revenue from active subscriptions, including the number of active subscriptions.
These metrics help you track retention, stability, and long-term revenue health.
Content Tab
The Content view gives you detailed insights into how members interact with the content inside a Circle. It helps you understand engagement, progress, and monetization performance at both a high level and a granular level.
You can switch between two content perspectives:
- Tracked content
- Paid content
Tracked Content
Tracked Content focuses on learning progress and engagement for content that members consume over time (for example courses, programs, or structured learning paths).

In this view, you can see:
Circle name – The Circle the content belongs to
Members – Number of enrolled members in the Circle
Completion rate – Overall completion percentage for the Circle
Modules and lessons – Expanded breakdown showing:
- Each module
- Each individual lesson
- Completion rate per module and lesson
This allows you to:
- Identify where members drop off
- Spot modules or lessons with low completion
- Understand which parts of your content are most or least engaging
- Improve structure, pacing, or clarity where needed
💡 Tip
Low completion rates often indicate that content may be too long, unclear, or missing guidance. Use this data to refine your content or add checkpoints, summaries, or support.
Paid Content
Paid Content focuses on revenue-related performance for content that is sold separately or requires payment.

In this view, you can see:
- Circle name – The name of the circle
- Price – The price of the paid content
- Purchase rate – How many members have purchased the paid content
If no paid content exists in the Circle, a clear message is shown indicating this.
This view helps you:
- Understand how well paid content converts
- Compare pricing against purchase behavior
- Decide whether to adjust pricing, positioning, or promotion
- Validate demand for premium content or upgrades
💡 Tip
If purchase rates are low, consider:
- Improving the value proposition
- Adding previews or explanations
- Bundling paid content with other offers
- Introducing upsells or onboarding prompts
Why the Content View Matters
By combining Tracked Content and Paid Content, you get a complete picture of:
- How members learn
- Where they succeed or struggle
- What content drives revenue
- Where optimization can improve retention and results
This makes the Content view a powerful tool for continuously improving both member experience and business performance inside your Circles.
