Page-Level Circle Controls

When editing content inside a Circle, each individual page comes with its own set of page-level controls. These controls apply only to the page you are currently viewing and allow you to manage content, access levels, content availability, analytics, and preview behavior without affecting other pages in the Circle.

You’ll find these controls in the left-hand Circle controls panel while editing a page.

Understanding how these tools work is essential for building structured learning experiences, gated content, and member-friendly navigation.

Overview: Page-Level Controls

While editing a Circle page, you have access to the following page-specific actions:

  • Add Widgets
  • Page Settings
  • Page Analytics
  • Preview Page

Each tool serves a distinct purpose and is explained in detail below.

Add Widgets

The Add Widgets button opens the full widget library, allowing you to add new content elements directly to the current page.

Using widgets, you can build:

  • Lesson and educational content
  • Text, images, videos, and media sections
  • Downloads and supporting resources
  • Forms, buttons, and calls to action
  • Interactive and community-related elements

Widgets are added using drag and drop, and the page updates instantly as you build.

💡 Tip

Creating content inside Circle pages works exactly the same way as building regular pages, popups, or funnel steps in Recrevio. The editor experience is fully consistent across the platform and you copy and paste blocks/containers and widgets to reuse what you have created across regular web pages, funnel steps, popups and circle pages.

Page Settings

Page Settings allow you to configure how the current page behaves, appears in navigation, and is accessed by members.

From Page Settings, you can control:

  • Page name and URL
  • Access level – who can view the page
  • Content availability – when the page becomes available
  • Navigation layout (text, number, icon, image, etc.)
  • Badges and visual indicators
  • Page visibility (e.g. hidden pages)

These settings apply only to the selected page, making it possible to mix free and paid content, previews, and staged releases within the same Circle.

Page Analytics

Page Analytics provide insights into how members interact with the specific page you are viewing.

Depending on your setup, analytics may include:

  • Completion rate
  • Member engagement
  • Purchase and revenue data (if the page is tied to paid access)
  • Progress trends over time

Page Analytics help you understand:

  • Which content is being consumed
  • Where members may drop off
  • Which pages perform best in terms of engagement or conversion

Preview Page

The Preview Page option lets you view the current page as a member would experience it.

This is useful for:

  • Reviewing layout and design
  • Checking navigation structure
  • Verifying content flow and readability

To properly test:

You must create a real test member account and assign it the appropriate access (member groups) to fully test the member experience.

💡 Best practice

Create a dedicated test member and use it regularly to verify real-world member experiences before publishing or selling access.

Summary

Page-level controls allow you to:

  • Build content using the full widget system
  • Configure access and availability per page
  • Analyze engagement and performance
  • Preview pages before publishing
  • Fine-tune the member experience at a granular level

By mastering these controls, you can create well-structured courses, memberships, and community experiences – while keeping full control over how each page behaves inside your Circle.
