Dashboard Overview
Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard gives you a high-level view of your project and quick access to essential project and account settings. It’s designed to help you understand your project status, switch between projects or create new projects, monitor usage and traffic, and manage access, billing, and account details – all from one place.
Accessing the Dashboard
In the top-right corner of the platform, click Dashboard.

This opens a quick-access panel where you can:
- See your project name and current status (Active, Trial, Expired, etc.)
- Navigate directly to:
- Dashboard
- Admins
- Manage Billing
- Account Settings
- Log out of your account
This panel is always available, making it easy to switch context without leaving your current work.
Dashboard Overview Tab
Clicking Dashboard in the quick menu opens the main Project Dashboard.

At the top of this page, you can:
- View your project name
- Edit you project name by clicking the pen icon and changing the name
- See how many websites and funnels are included in the project
- Switch projects, or create New Projects
Switching Between Projects
If you have access to multiple projects, you can easily switch between them or create a new one at any time. Simply click Swithc project to open the project swithcer.

From the project switcher, you’ll see all projects connected to your account and can move between them instantly – no need to log out and sign in again, as long as you use the same email address for admin access across projects.
You can also start a new project directly from this view. New projects are always created as Trial projects. If the project is not upgraded to a paid subscription, it will automatically move to Expired once the 14-day free trial period has ended.
It’s important to understand how the project status tabs work:
- Active – shows projects with an active, paid subscription.
- Trial – shows projects currently within the free trial period.
- Expired – shows projects that are no longer active—either because the trial has ended, the subscription was cancelled, or payment was not completed.
Make sure to switch between Active, Trial, and Expired to see all projects you have access to. Select the project you want to work in, and you’ll switch instantly – keeping your workflow smooth and uninterrupted.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab provides insights into how your selected website or funnel is performing.

It includes several sub-tabs, such as:
- Traffic – Page views and sessions over time
- Popular Pages – Which pages receive the most traffic
- Website Referrers – Where visitors are coming from
- Devices – Desktop vs mobile usage
- Browsers – Visitor browser distribution
- Storage & Bandwidth – Resource usage for your project
This tab is ideal for quick performance checks and trend spotting without needing external analytics tools.
💡 Important note about statistics
The statistics shown in the dashboard are based on the currently selected website or funnel.
You can switch between your websites and funnels using the My Websites & Funnels selector in the top-left area of the platform.
Admins Tab
The Admins tab is where you manage who has access to your project.

From here, you can:
- Add new admins to the project
- Control what each admin has access to – either all websites & funnels or selected ones
- See which admin is the project owner
This is useful when collaborating with team members, partners, or external support.
Billing Tab
The Billing tab shows everything related to your subscription and usage.

Here you can view:
- Your current subscription plan
- Plan limits (websites, funnels, storage, traffic, etc.)
- Active add-ons
- Billing details and invoices
This section helps you understand how your project is using available resources and whether upgrades or add-ons are needed.
Account Tab
The Account tab contains your personal account settings.

From here, you can:
- Update your name and email address
- Change your password
- Select your preferred language
- Delete your account if needed
These settings apply to your user account, not just a single project.
How These Sections Work Together
Think of the Dashboard as your project command center:
- Overview – Monitor performance and usage
- Admins – Control access and collaboration
- Billing – Manage plans, limits, and invoices
- Account – Update your personal account settings
Each section is covered in more detail in its own dedicated article.
