Billing Overview

The Billing Overview gives you a complete picture of your current subscription, usage limits, add-ons, and upcoming billing. From here, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, manage add-ons, and keep track of costs – all at the project level.

This section is designed to give you clarity and control over how your project is billed.

Where to Find Billing Settings

To manage billing for your project:

  • Click Dashboard in the top-right navigation
  • Click Billing
  • You’ll land on the Overview section by default

Billing settings always apply to the currently selected project, so make sure you’re in the correct project before making changes.

Subscription Overview

At the top of the Billing Overview, you’ll see a summary of your current subscription.

  • Subscription plan (with a Change option to upgrade or downgrade)
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Last billing date and amount
  • Next billing date and upcoming charge

Click Change next to your plan to view available plans and upgrade or downgrade.

Upgrading Your Plan

If you upgrade to a higher plan:

  • Changes take effect immediately
  • You only pay the price difference for the remaining billing period
  • You do not lose any amount you’ve already paid

Upgrading mid-cycle is safe and cost-efficient.

⚠️ Important – Before You Make Changes

Always review the total amount before confirming any billing change. Make sure the price and any discounts are correct.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for mistakes caused by incorrect selections.

Downgrading Your Plan

If you downgrade to a lower plan:

  • Changes take effect immediately
  • No refund is issued for the remaining period
  • To get full value, we recommend downgrading close to your renewal date

Reactivating a Previous Subscription

If your subscription was previously canceled or ended due to failed payment:

  • Use the Reactivate option to continue on your previous plan
  • If you instead choose Upgrade, you’ll need to select a new plan and may lose earlier agreements

My Plan Limits

The My Plan Limits section shows what’s included in your current plan and how much you’re using.

Resources include:

  • Websites
  • Funnels
  • Traffic/Bandwidth
  • Storage
  • Pages
  • Products
  • Appointment operators
  • Admins
  • Marketing subscribers
  • Emails sent
  • Circles
  • Circle members
  • Videos

This overview helps you understand how much you’re using, when limits reset, and whether it’s time to upgrade your plan or add add-ons.

Add-ons Overview

Add-ons allow you to extend your plan without upgrading the base plan.

You can easily add add-ons by clicking Add or Enable next to each option. Each add-on clearly shows what’s included and how it’s billed.

💡 Note

Always refer to the platform itself for the most up-to-date prices and details.

How Add-ons Work

  • Add-ons are billed monthly in advance
  • Add-on limits are added on top of your current plan
  • Add-ons are not refunded
  • Add-ons remain active even if you upgrade or downgrade your base plan (unless you cancel them manually)

⚠️ Important

If you upgrade your base plan to one that already includes features you previously added as add-ons, those add-ons are not removed automatically.

You must manually cancel any add-ons you no longer need.

Available Add-ons (Examples)

Depending on your plan, you may see options such as

  • Extra websites
  • Video hosting tiers
  • Marketing subscribers
  • Extra marketing emails (pay-per-use)
  • Additional admin seats
  • Appointment operators
  • Extra bandwidth

Each add-on card explains what’s included, how it's priced and how it affects your usage.

Add-ons vs Upgrading Your Plan

In many cases, adding one or two add-ons can be more cost-effective than upgrading your entire plan.

General guidance:

  • 1–2 add-ons → often better to stay on your current plan
  • 3 or more add-ons → upgrading is usually more cost-efficient

This depends on which add-ons you need, so always compare totals before deciding.

Canceling Your Subscription

At the bottom of the Billing Overview, you’ll find the option to Cancel Subscription.

What happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active for the period you’ve already paid for
  • The plan will not renew after the current billing period ends
  • Any add-ons tied to the base plan will be cancelled after the current billing period ends
  • Your data is not deleted immediately
  • Canceling applies only to the current project

This allows you to continue using the platform until the end of your paid period.

Canceling affects only the current project and does not delete your data immediately. Access remains until the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.

Canceling Add-ons (Important Differences)

Add-ons are handled differently than the base subscription.

When canceling the base plan

  • Any active add-ons remain available for the rest of the paid period
  • Add-ons follow the base plan and end when the subscription ends.

When canceling an add-on separately

  • The add-on is canceled immediately
  • Access to that add-on ends right away
  • No refunds are issued
  • No remaining time is carried over

⚠️ Important

If you upgrade your base plan to one that already includes features you previously added as add-ons, those add-ons are not removed automatically.

You must manually cancel any add-ons you no longer need.

Best Practices

  • Always verify totals before confirming changes
  • Review add-ons regularly and remove those you no longer need
  • Monitor plan limits to avoid unexpected restrictions
  • Use add-ons strategically before upgrading plans

Summary

The Billing Overview allows you to:

  • View and manage your subscription
  • Track plan limits and usage
  • Add or remove add-ons
  • Upgrade, downgrade, or reactivate plans
  • Maintain full control over project costs
  • Cancel your subscription

It’s your central hub for keeping billing predictable, transparent, and aligned with how your project grows.
