My Invoices

The My Invoices section gives you access to all invoices issued for the currently selected project. From here, you can review past charges, download invoices as PDFs, and recreate invoices if your billing details have changed.

This section is especially useful for accounting, bookkeeping, and VAT documentation.


Where to Find My Invoices

To access invoices for your project:

  • Click Dashboard in the top-right navigation
  • Click Billing
  • Open the My Invoices tab

Invoices are always shown per project, so make sure you’re viewing the correct project before downloading or recreating invoices.


Invoice List Overview

In the My Invoices view, you’ll see a chronological list of all invoices issued for the project.

Each invoice row includes:

  • Invoice date
  • Subscription or plan name
  • Billing period
  • Total amount charged
  • A Download Invoice button

This makes it easy to quickly locate invoices for a specific month or billing period.


Downloading an Invoice

Click Download Invoice to download the invoice as a PDF.

The PDF invoice provides a detailed and compliant breakdown of your charges, including:

Buyer information:

  • Legal name (company or individual)
  • Billing address
  • Identification number
  • VAT number (if provided)

Seller information:

  • Legal company name
  • Registered address
  • VAT number

Invoice details:

  • Subscription base plan
  • Any add-ons included
  • Billing period covered
  • Net amount (excluding VAT)
  • VAT amount and VAT rate (if applicable)
  • Total amount paid
  • Payment method
  • Invoice number and invoice date

This ensures transparency and compliance for both personal and business accounting and VAT documentation requirements.


Recreate Invoice

When hovering over an invoice in the list, you’ll see the option to Recreate Invoice.

This is useful if:

  • You updated your billing details after the invoice was issued
  • You added or corrected company information
  • You added a VAT ID and need a compliant invoice

Recreating an invoice generates a new version using your current billing details, ensuring the invoice reflects the correct company name, address, VAT information, and other billing fields.

💡 Tip

If you need a correct VAT invoice for accounting, always update your billing details first and then recreate the invoice.

  • Download and store invoices regularly for bookkeeping
  • Update billing details before recreating invoices
  • Add VAT information to receive compliant VAT invoices
  • Use recreated invoices if details were incorrect at the time of billing
