Creating and Managing Pages & Page Groups in Circles
Pages and Page Groups are the building blocks of your Circle’s content structure.
Pages contain the actual content your members view, while Page Groups act as organizational folders that help you structure navigation and learning flows.
This article explains:
- How Pages and Page Groups relate to each other
- Where to access Page Settings and Group Settings
- What each setting and menu action does
- How to move Pages between Page Groups
- How Page-level analytics work
💡 Note
Think of Page Groups as folders, not pages.
Creating Pages and Page Groups
Pages and Page Groups are the building blocks of your Circle’s structure. Pages contain actual content, while Page Groups act as folders that help you organize related pages in the navigation.
How to Create a New Page or Page Group
To add new content or structure to your Circle:
- Click the ➕ (plus) button in the Circle navigation.
- Choose whether you want to create a Page or a Page Group.
- Enter a name.
- Click Submit.
Once created, the item is added to the navigation and its settings panel opens automatically, allowing you to configure access, availability, layout, and more.
What Happens Next?
If you create a Page, you’ll be taken directly to Page Settings, where you can configure access levels, content availability, navigation layout, tracking, and badges.
👉 See Page Settings for a full breakdown.
If you create a Page Group, you’ll be taken to Page Group Settings, where you control structure-level settings such as access, visibility, tracking, and navigation behavior for all pages inside the group.
👉 See Page Group Settings for details.
💡 Tip
Pages can be moved between Page Groups at any time using the Move to Group option from the Page actions menu.
Reordering Pages and Page Groups
You can easily change the order of Pages and Page Groups directly in the Circle navigation.
To move an item:
- Hover over a Page or Page Group in the navigation.
Grab the drag handle (the dotted icon that appears).

- Drag the item to the desired position in the menu.
- Release to drop it in place.
This allows you to:
- Reorganize content as your Circle evolves
- Adjust the learning flow or progression
- Group related content more intuitively
Page & Page Group Actions (Primary Navigation)
The most important thing to understand is that almost all actions are accessed via the cog (⚙️) icon next to each menu item in the Circle navigation.
Depending on whether you click the cog next to a Page or a Page Group, you’ll see different options.
Page Actions (via the Page Cog)
Click the ⚙️ cog icon next to a Page in the Circle navigation to access the following actions:
- Page Settings
- Duplicate
- Move to Group
- Delete
- Analytics
These actions apply only to the selected page.
Page Settings
Page Settings control how an individual page behaves, appears, and is accessed.
From here you can configure:
Page Name
The title shown in the navigation.
Page URL
The unique URL for the page.
Show Page Description
Displays a short description below the page title in navigation.
Hidden Page
Hides the page from navigation and direct URL access.
Commonly used while preparing or updating content.

Track Content Completion
Allows members to mark the page as completed and enables progress tracking.
Layout in the Navigation Bar
Choose how the page appears in the menu (text, number, icon, image, etc.).
Add a Badge
Displays a badge next to the page name (e.g. New, Updated, Bonus).
Move Page to Group
Using Move to Group, you can reorganize your content structure:
- Move a page into an existing Page Group
- Reassign pages as your Circle evolves
- Keep navigation clean and scalable
💡 This makes it easy to restructure content without rebuilding pages.
Delete
This action removes the page permanently.
Page Analytics
Page analytics focus on the performance of one specific page inside a Circle. This view is more granular and is designed to help you understand how members interact with individual lessons or pages.
What you can see in Page Analytics
- Completed Content – How many members completed the page
- Total Completion Rate – Percentage of members who completed it
- Revenue – Revenue generated by this page (if monetized)
- Total Purchase Rate – Conversion rate for paid pages
- ARPU – Average revenue per user for this page
Members and Revenue chart
- Tracks:
- Engagement over time
- Revenue changes
- Completion trends
Subscription metrics (if applicable)
- New Subscribers
- Cancellations (Churn)
- Total MRR
Page analytics do not include a Content tab as completion i binary, either the page is completed or not. For completion metrics, please refer to Page Group Analytics
Metrics apply only to that single page
Best for:
- Evaluating individual lessons
- Optimizing specific pages
- Identifying low-performing or high-converting content
📌 Key takeaway
Page analytics are ideal when you want deep insight into a single piece of content, while Page Group analytics help you understand performance at a structural or module level.
Page Group Actions (via the Group Cog)
Page Groups are organizational containers.
They do not contain content themselves and cannot be viewed directly by members.
Click the ⚙️ cog icon next to a Page Group to access:
- Group Settings
- Delete
- Analytics
📌 Note
You cannot navigate to a Page Group – it acts purely as a structure.
Group Settings
Group Settings apply to all pages inside the group unless overridden at page level.
Available settings include:
Group Name
The label shown in navigation.
Group URL
Used internally to reference the group.
Show Group Description
Displays descriptive text below the group title.
Show Tracking Progress
Displays progress indicators for tracked pages within the group.
Hidden Group
Hides the entire group and all its pages from navigation.
Often used when preparing content before launch.

Layout in the Navigation Bar
Controls how the group appears in navigation (icon, number, image, etc.).
Add a Badge
Adds a badge next to the group name.
Delete
This action removes the Page Group permanently.
Page Group Analytics
Page Group analytics provide a high-level performance overview for an entire group of pages (for example a module or section inside a Circle). Since Page Groups act as structural containers rather than individual content pages, their analytics focus on aggregated insights.
What you can see in Page Group Analytics
- New Enrolled Members – Members who gained access to the content during the selected time range
- New Orders – Purchases connected to content within the group
- Revenue – Total revenue generated
- Completed Content – Overall completion across all pages in the group
- Total Completion Rate – Aggregated completion percentage
- ARPU – Average revenue per user
- Paying Members – Number of members with paid access
Members and Revenue chart
- Visualizes trends over time for:
- Member activity
- Revenue
- Growth patterns
- Useful for spotting spikes, drop-offs, or campaign effects
Subscription metrics (if applicable)
- New Subscribers
- Cancellations (Churn)
- Total MRR
- Active subscriptions count
Content tab (exclusive to Page Groups)
Unlike individual pages, Page Groups also include a Content tab, which allows you to analyze performance inside the group:
Tracked Content:
- Shows learning progress across:
- All pages within the group
Nested modules and subpages
Displays:
- Number of members
- Completion rate per page
- Roll-up completion for the entire group
Paid Content:
Shows monetization performance for paid content inside the group
Includes:
- Price
- Purchase rate
- Displays a clear message if no paid content exists
📌 Key takeaway:
Page Group analytics are ideal for understanding how a section or module performs as a whole, both in engagement and monetization.
Preview (Eye Icon)
The Preview option, accessed via the eye icon, allows you to view a page exactly as a member would see it—without entering edit mode.
When using Preview:
- The page opens in read-only mode
- You see the content, layout, and navigation as a member experiences it
- All editing controls are hidden
This is useful when you want to:
- Quality-check content before publishing
- Review layout, styling, and navigation
- Verify access rules, visibility, and content flow
- Experience the Circle from a member’s perspective
⚠️ Important – Testing Access Levels
Preview lets you fully simulate access rules such as Access Levels and Content Availability.
To properly test access and availability behavior, you need to:
- Create a test member (add yourself as a contact using an alternative email address)
- Assign that member the correct access levels (member groups)
- Log in as that member and navigate the Circle normally to test as a member
This ensures you can accurately test:
- Locked vs unlocked content
- Page and group-level access
- Enrollment and payment-based restrictions
💡 Tip
Use Preview for visual and structural checks, and a test member account for validating access logic and real member experience.
