Lists & Subscribers Overview

The Lists & Subscribers view is where you manage your entire marketing audience.

From here, you can view all subscribers, organize them into lists, create dynamic segments using filters, and manage unsubscribed contacts.

This view is the foundation for sending campaigns, building automations, and targeting the right audience with the right message.

Go to Marketing > Lists & Subscribers.

You will land on the All Subscribers tab by default.

At the top of the page, you can switch between four main tabs:

  • All Subscribers
  • Lists
  • Segments
  • Unsubscribed

Each tab serves a different purpose and is described below.

All Subscribers

The All Subscribers tab shows every active subscriber in your account. This is the main overview of your audience and the starting point for most subscriber management tasks.

Subscriber table

Each row represents one subscriber and displays engagement and profile data, such as:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Open rate
  • Click rate

You can customize which additional fields are shown using the Columns selector.

Available column options

You can show or hide all of the following columns.

Basic fields

  • Name
  • Email

Contact details

  • Phone
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip / Postal Code
  • Country

Company & structure

  • Company name

Tracking & attribution

This makes it easy to tailor the view depending on whether you’re focusing on engagement, attribution, or contact data.

Filters (Add Filter)

Filters allow you to narrow down subscribers based on properties, behavior, and tracking data.

They are used both for temporary filtering and for creating Segments.

Available filter fields

You can filter subscribers by all of the following fields

Identity & contact details

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone

Dates & activity

  • First seen
  • Signed up

Membership & structure

  • Member group
  • Subscriber list

Tags

  • Tag

Address & location

  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip / Postal Code
  • Country

Company data

  • Company name

UTM tracking fields

  • UTM Source
  • UTM Medium
  • UTM Campaign
  • UTM Term
  • UTM Content

Filter logic

You can combine filters using AND and OR logic to create precise audiences.

AND logic

When filters are connected with AND, a subscriber must meet all conditions to be included.

Example

    • Member Group is Membership

      AND

    • Member Group is basic Members

➡️ Only subscribers who are in the Membership group and the Basic Members group matches the condition, and will be included.

Use AND when you want to narrow your audience.

OR logic

When filters are connected with OR, a subscriber only needs to meet one of the conditions to be included.

Example

  • Member Group is Membership

    OR

  • Member Group is Basic Members

➡️ Subscribers who belong to either group will be included in the segment.

  • Use OR when you want to broaden your audience.

Adding OR conditions

  • Click Add OR Condition to create alternative filter paths.
  • Each OR block works independently:
    • If a subscriber matches any OR condition block, they are included.
    • Inside each block, filters are still evaluated using AND unless otherwise specified.

Combining AND and OR

  • You can build advanced logic by combining both:
    • Filters inside a block → AND
    • Multiple blocks → OR
  • This allows setups like:
    • (Condition A AND Condition B)

      OR

    • (Condition C AND Condition D)

Managing filters

  • For each filter row, you can:
    • Add more filters using Add Filter
    • Remove a filter using the delete icon
    • Temporarily hide filters using Hide Filters
    • Save the entire filter setup as a reusable segment using Save As New Segment

Bulk actions (More menu)

From the more menu, you can perform the following actions:

  • Import – upload subscribers from a file
  • Export – download selected subscribers
  • Add contacts to list – add subscribers to one or more lists
  • Remove contacts from list – remove subscribers from selected lists
  • Remove a tag – remove an assigned tag
  • Unsubscribe – unsubscribe selected contacts

All actions apply to the currently selected subscribers.

  • Email – the subscriber’s email address
  • List – select which list the subscriber should be added to

If the correct list doesn’t exist yet, you can click Create list directly from this dialog.

Steps:

  1. Select the List you want to import subscribers into
  2. Click Import
  3. Confirm that all contacts have given permission to receive emails
  4. Upload your CSV file
  5. Map each column in your file to the correct field in Recrevio

⚠️ You must confirm that the imported contacts have opted in and that the list was not purchased, rented, or provided by a third party.

This option is best for:

  • Importing existing mailing lists
  • Migrating subscribers from another platform
  • Bulk onboarding

👉 For a full, detailed walkthrough of the import process, see: How to import subscribers

After adding subscribers

  • Added subscribers will appear immediately in All Subscribers
  • They can be filtered, tagged, added to lists, or included in segments
  • Imported subscribers are available for campaigns, automations, and analytics once the import is complete

This makes it easy to grow and manage your audience directly from the Lists & Subscribers view.

In this view, you can:

  • See unsubscribed contacts
