General Settings

The General Settings in Recrevio let you set the basic identity of your website. These details affect how your site looks to visitors and how it appears in system emails.

Navigate to the Web Studio > Website Settings > General Settings to set the Website Name, upload a Favicon, and to activate Notifications.

Website Name

  • Enter the name of your website — usually your business or company name.

    This name appears in system emails such as:

    • Order confirmations
    • Booking confirmations
    • Form submissions

Favicon

A favicon is the small icon displayed in the browser tab next to your website title. It helps visitors quickly recognize your site.

  • Recommended size: 16x16 or 32x32 pixels
  • Supported formats: .ico, .svg or .png

Notifications

Notifications can be enabled for the entire website, allowing your customers to see and receive in-app notifications when they are logged in.

  • Enable notifications → turns notifications on or off for the whole website.
  • Use dark mode for notifications → choose whether notifications should be displayed in a dark or light theme.
