How to Manage Reviews
Reviews
Reviews allow customers to leave ratings and written feedback on products they’ve purchased. They help build trust, increase conversion rates, and provide valuable social proof directly on your product pages.
In Recrevio, reviews are fully configurable and can be moderated to match your brand, audience, and community standards.
Navigating to Reviews
To manage reviews, go to:
Products → Reviews
This opens the Reviews overview, where you can see and manage all product reviews in one place.
Reviews Overview
The Reviews page shows all reviews submitted across your products.

You can switch between two tabs:
- All – Displays all published reviews
- Waiting Approval – Displays reviews that require moderation before being published
If no reviews exist yet, the view will show an empty state.
From this overview, you can:
- Monitor incoming reviews
- Review and approve pending submissions
- Keep track of customer feedback across products
Review Settings
Click Review Settings in the top-right corner to configure how reviews work across your store.
💡 Note
To display reviews on pages, funnels, or inside content, you’ll need to add the Reviews Widget.
